Jesse Vigil
Jesse Vigil is the President at Mid-Valley Commercial Construction. As a third generation Exterior Interior Systems (EIS) Carpenter and having worked in the industry for over 25 years, Jesse has expertise in all facets of the EIS trade including drywall, metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, wood ceilings, computer floors and drywall. He has held positions in the industry ranging from Utility /Laborer Journeyman Carpenter, Foreman, Superintendent and General Superintendent working for companies as large as $150M and as small as $1M. Jesse’s professional development includes two years at Linn Benton Community College studying business as well as intensive industry related training programs including Union Carpenter Mentoring, Superintendent and Apprenticeship Training, OSHA 30 Certificate, Best Practices in Health Care and ASHE training. Rick Martin is the founder and Vice President of Mid-Valley Commercial Construction, Inc. He has an extensive background as a union framing and drywall subcontractor in every role from estimator and project manager, to controller, operations officer and CEO, and he has estimated and managed projects from $25,000 to $3,000,000. Rick started in the construction industry in Salem in 1995, and has worked in offices in Salem, Eugene, Tigard and Seattle, advancing to the CEO of a $100m company before leaving to start this venture. Rick has estimated and/or project managed over $60 million in work in Oregon, Washington and California. Because Rick is also a CPA and MBA, he brings a well-rounded perspective to the management of projects and business.
