If we can accomplish that, we will have a successful company, and our clients will have successful projects with grateful owners.
At the end of the day, time is money, and it is our job to make the General Contractor’s project go as smoothly as possible – with all employees going home safely, while completing the project on time and on budget. We are the commercial subcontractor of “CHOICE” for employees, customers and vendors. Our focused values are: Humility, Quality of Life, Fairness, Honesty and TEAM. Our Safety Mission
Mid-Valley Commercial Construction, Inc. is dedicated to maintaining an injury free workplace. All employees have a responsibility to themselves and their fellow employees to work safely and identify potential safety hazards. Our ultimate goal is to send everyone home safely.
Our History
Founded by Rick Martin along with his business partner Jesse Vigil Mid-Valley Commercial Construction set out to be the premier union drywall contractor in The Willamette Valley.
During MVCC’s Inc. first year of operation completed projects in the medical and commercial sectors with successful projects at Consumer Power Inc. and Peace Health Medical facilities at multiple locations in Oregon.
MVCC, Inc. was awarded the company’s largest contract in its history to complete the SAIF Renovation project in Salem, OR. In the same year MVCC, Inc. was awarded another large project in Newport Oregon to construct a new hospital facility surpassing SAIF’s project value. MVCC, Inc. also was awarded NWCB project of the year for South Albany High School.
MVCC, Inc. completes multiple award-winning projects throughout The Willamette Valley in the Commercial, Education and Healthcare Sectors. MVCC, Inc. was awarded trade partner of the year by Gerding Builders.
MVCC, Inc. was awarded their largest project in company history for the completion of The North Eugene High School facility in Eugene, Oregon.
MVCC, Inc wins project of the year in Oregon for Light Gauge Steel Framing – Under $1mil for the Oregon State Treasury Resiliency Building and Maps Credit Union in Oregon for Interior – Under $1 mil.
