Salem ASC Northbank

3-story, 65,000 SF renovation of existing medical building designed by Scott Edward Architecture. This project was unique in the fact that the previously existing building was constructed primarily out of lumber. After demolition, MVCC hired a third-party engineer to design the new exterior out of CFS attaching to a wood structure. MVCC was contract by CD Redding Construction to perform exterior/interior CFS framing, sheathing, insulation, gypsum board, finish tape, acoustical/wood ceilings, and paint.
