36,000 SF state of the art resilient building design by GBD architects. The building was designed to withstand a 9.0 earthquake while moving up to 18” horizontally. MVCC was contracted by Pence construction to supply/install exterior/interior CFS framing, sheathing, insulation, gypsum board, finish taping, acoustical/wood ceilings, acoustical wall panels, doors/frames/hardware and paint.
