Newport Hospital
Four-story, new construction and remodel
3-story, 86,000 SF addition & 40,000 SF renovation of Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital designed by The Neenan Company. MVCC was contracted by The Neenan Company to perform exterior/interior CFS, sheathing, gypsum board, finish tape, acoustical ceilings, and paint.
This project was challenging, due to exterior framing being installed during the winter months and the project being located out-of-town.
