3-story, 92,000 SF building designed by TVA Architects that will house 265 State Department of Human Services employees. MVCC was contracted by Pence Construction to perform exterior/interior CFS framing, sheathing, insulation, gypsum board, finish taping, acoustical/wood ceilings, and doors/frames/hardware.
