Multi-floor remodel and addition
3-story, 33,000 SF renovation and expansion of the University’s on-campus health center designed by Clark Kjos Architects. MVCC was contracted by Lease Crutcher Lewis to perform exterior/interior, CFS framing, sheathing, weather barrier, gypsum board, finish tape, acoustical ceiling and paint. Working in an active building around students and staff on a college campus can present a multitude of challenges. MVCC was able to do this work safely and without incident.
