Renovation and Addition
2-story renovation & 110,000 SF addition designed by DLR. The original building that was renovated was built in 1953. MVCC was contracted by Gerding Buildings to perform exterior/interior CFS framing, sheathing, insulation, gypsum board, finish taping, acoustical/wood ceilings, acoustical wall panels and paint.
