OSU Fairbanks Hall
Historic Building Restoration
4-story, 26,000 SF renovation designed by Opsis Architects. Fairbanks hall is one of the most historic buildings on the Corvallis campus originally built in 1892. MVCC was contracted by Fortis Construction to perform gypsum board installation, finish taping, acoustical ceilings, acoustical wall panels and paint. Restoration of a historic building can always be challenging; there are always unforeseen challenges to overcome. Working with Fortis Construction MVCC was able to provide a finished building worthy of being an art gallery.
