Rick Martin

Rick Martin is the founder and Vice-President of Mid-Valley Commercial Construction, Inc. He has an extensive background as a union framing and drywall subcontractor in every role from estimator and project manager, to controller, operations officer and CEO, and he has estimated and managed projects from $25,000 to $10,000,000.

Rick started in the construction industry in Salem in 1995, and has worked in offices in Salem, Eugene, Tigard and Seattle, advancing to the CEO of a $100m company before leaving to start this venture. Rick has estimated and/or project managed over $200 million in work in Oregon, Washington and California. Because of Rick ‘s experience in public accounting and his MBA degree, he brings a well-rounded perspective to the management of projects and business.
